- Upon payment for your journey(s), you will receive an email from Airport24x7 confirming your booking. Please verify that the details provided in the confirmation email are accurate, as you are responsible for any errors.
- Please note that Airport24x7 Ltd is not liable for any missed flights, regardless of the reason, such as traffic delays, accidents, breakdowns, severe weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We recommend that passengers plan to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours prior to their flight’s departure time to account for any unpredictable delays on the way to or from the airport. Failure to allow for adequate check-in time may result in missed flights, and Airport24x7 Ltd will not be held responsible.
- While you are free to arrange for transport to the airport at a time less than 2 hours prior to your flight’s departure time, please be aware that Airport24x7 Ltd will not be held responsible for any missed flights as a result of this decision.
- All passengers are advised to obtain adequate travel insurance before booking their journey.
- If a passenger chooses to seek alternative transportation instead of waiting for their driver, no refunds will be issued for any costs incurred.
- Airport24x7 Ltd does not take responsibility if the number of passengers or luggage exceeds the capacity of the vehicle booked. If you are uncertain about the capacity of the vehicle you have reserved, please contact the customer services team at Onward Travel Solutions for assistance.
- For safety reasons, all luggage must be securely fastened in the vehicle’s trunk, in accordance with Taxi Licensing regulations. Please keep this in mind when selecting a vehicle.
- Airport24x7 Ltd reserves the right to refuse transportation for animals that were not agreed upon during booking. All animals must be secured in a suitable transport box/crate. Any costs incurred due to a failure to comply with these terms will not be the responsibility of Onward Travel Solutions Ltd.
- On the day of travel, the exact route of your journey will be at the discretion of the driver, who will consider alternate routes on a case-by-case basis.
- Please provide us with your arrival date and time in the UK, rather than your departure information.
- If your flight experiences significant delays, please notify us as soon as possible.
- Airport24x7 Ltd utilizes its own registered drivers with cars, as well as third-party companies where appropriate.
- If your chosen vehicle is unavailable or unsuitable, Airport24x7 Ltd reserves the right to offer an upgraded car type for an additional cost.
- Reservations made for service on specific dates and times, including December 24th, December 25th, December 26th, December 31st, and January 1st, may be subject to an additional surcharge of up to 50% on published rates. Other dates may also be affected.
- Services Provided: Airport 24×7 provides transport services to customers within the UK. Our services can be accessed through our website or customer service hotline. We offer a variety of vehicle types, including sedans, SUVs, and vans.
- Booking: Customers can book a transport service through our website. We require the customer’s name, contact information, pickup and drop-off location, and payment information to process the booking. Customers must ensure that the information provided is accurate and complete.
- Payment: Payment can be made through our website using credit cards, debit cards, or other payment methods offered by Airport 24×7. Customers must ensure that they have sufficient funds in their account to pay for the services booked.
- Cancellation Policy: Customers can cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time without any penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will result in a cancellation fee.
- Refund Policy: Refunds will be processed for cancellations made within the time limit specified in our cancellation policy. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used to book the service.
