Customer Data will be stored for a duration of 6 years from the end of the last tax period after all booked journeys are completed. Upon completion of this period, the information will be deleted from our systems. However, if additional services are acquired within this period, the retention period will reset. This measure is in line with the Finance Act of 1988, Schedule 18, Part 3, Section 21(2), which requires us to preserve transactional information deemed relevant.

Journey Data will be retained for a maximum of 1 year after the journey’s completion. This is mandated by our status as a registered Private Hire Operator, and at the end of this period, the information will be erased from our systems.

Transaction Data, on the other hand, will be kept for 6 years from the end of the financial year they are linked to. This is due to our obligation as a limited company to maintain specific records, and at the end of the period, the data will be removed from our systems.

Correspondence Data will be stored for 18 months following its acquisition. After this period, the data will be erased from our systems. However, transactional correspondences sent by us will be retained for 6 years from the end of the last tax period in compliance with the Finance Act of 1988, Schedule 18, Part 3, Section 21(2), which requires the preservation of pertinent transactional information.
